Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Basic Shipping (5-8 business days): $1.99
    • This shipping option does not include tracking or insurance
    • Splectrum is not liable for any lost or damaged items during shipping
  • Recommended Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.99
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders $19.99 and over

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Splectrum ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will ship from the Mt Laurel, New Jersey area.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Splectrum is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

Splectrum is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Apparel Shipping Policy

For our apparel items, we partner with Printify to fulfill orders. Printify's shipping rates and delivery estimates are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary. Printify ships to addresses within the U.S. and internationally. However, Splectrum currently only ships apparel within the U.S.
